Account Recovery

To recover your account login information, please follow the instructions below.

Please enter your account username or the e-mail address you have registered your Navigraph account to.
 
  1. If you enter your username, you will be asked to answer the security questions on file in your account. They must be answered correctly before you can recover your account. Note: If you did not set up any security questions you must use option 2 below.
  2. If you enter your e-mail address, an e-mail message will be sent to you with your username. The e-mail also contains a link to a page where you may change your password.

When you registered your account you answered some secure questions. A secure question is a question to which only you would know the answer. Enter the answers below exactly the way you once provided them with respect to capitalization and punctuation.
